A stay in the heart of Jotunheimen, surrounded by tall mountains and winter landscapes as far as the eye can see. At Memurubu Lodge, you'll live and dine well. Here, at the foot of Besseggen, you can find peace with memorable experiences and activities for the whole family. During winter, you can only get here by ski or snowmobile transport, so you are far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Imagine waking up to the fresh mountain air and the untouched nature of Jotunheimen right outside the door. There are several opportunities here for skiing along marked trails. Ice fishing, sledding, campfire fun, and a traditional Easter Quiz are also activities to look forward to. For the more adventurous, there are opportunities for a randonee trip to mount Surtningssue (2368 masl). The hosts at Memurubu are well-acquainted with the area and are happy to provide tips on various excursions and keep you updated on weather and trail conditions.
After a long day outdoors, it's cozy to gather by the fireplace, share stories from the day's adventures, and come together around a board game or read a good book.
Here, you have the opportunity to create good memories with a delightful mix of calm, activities, and amazing scenery.
The trip is also suitable for couples, friends, or singles who want a mountain stay during Easter.

Prices per person:
NOK 5 500,- in a double room
Children 0 - 4 years: Free
Children 5 - 12 years in parents room: NOK 2,550.-
Children 13 - 16 years in parents room: NOK 3,500.-
In winter, there is no access to water/bathrooms in the rooms. Wardrobes/showers/toilets can be used in the basement and there are toilets in the reception area that can be used. In winter, there is a generator that supplies power to the lodge, and this is turned off at night.

Rent snowshoes: NOK 50,- per day (paid on the spot)

Transport to/from Gjendeosen (own car is necessary)
The stay is suitable for those who want to spend a few days far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in majestic surroundings in Jotunheimen. There is snowmobile transport to and from Memurubu, and you are free to choose activities based on your own skill level and fitness while you are there.
